As this is the first week, I chose prompts to to get you started by taking inventory of your current state and mindfulness needs.

Whether you’ve tried journaling in the past, struggled to keep up with journalling or this is your first time, not to worry. It's a fresh start, a new week and a fresh new page awaits for you to begin journalling. Just be free and write what's on your mind.
