STRONGER
Bridgetown, Barbados
It’s been a month since I started STEP studying. Let's just say there's been a lot of troubleshooting, changing plans, strategies and resources. And if I’m being honest, feeling tired and lacking motivation at times.
I was speaking with one of my mentors and I shared my anxiety about studying for step 1 given my experience with the MCAT/ standardised tests in general.
He affirmed me by saying, 🗣 "You’ve evolved since then. More resilient, more capable, stronger in so many ways. Claim it!"
So this month I'm turning a new leaf and claiming what I know I'm capable of. Never mind how things have been. Today, right now I am stronger, wiser and so capable.
Whether you’re studying for the semester exam or preparing for a Step exams, take a few minutes to reflect and appreciate just how far you've come. Now, proceed with con(God)fidence 💪🏾👏🏾
Cheering you on friend. You got this!
📩❓How did you mentally prepare yourself for studying for step exams/ MCAT? How do you stay motivated studying everyday?
